With a Ph.D in Political Science, with paper presentations and publications at conferences around the world, Dr. Malar has a boundless wealth of knowledge on business models and strategy. Her area of expertise in Strategy Execution has earned her a track record for consulting MNCs and PLCs on Strategic Planning and Business Strategy. She founded an NGO in 2004 to help disadvantaged women communities transform their lives through micro credit financing.
Thillai Raj T. Ramanathan
CTO, BAC Education
Thillai Raj T. Ramanathan, has over 30 years of global leadership and technology expertise, he earned the recognition as one of ASEAN's top 50 senior technologists driving digital innovation by the International Data Group (IDG). He served as the CTO of MIMOS (Malaysia's National R&D Centre) as well as serving as a Director of Flextronics, Director of Solectron, General Manager of Motorola, and establishing Motorola's software center in Malaysia.

Raja Singham is an educator, entrepreneur, and a founding member of a range of companies specialising in education, corporate training, advertising, publications, event management and IT development. Raja founded Brickfields College in 1991 at the age of 24 - the largest law school in Malaysia.
