Course Overview

If you love spending time with family and cooking with your kids, this cooking class will be a perfect opportunity for you to bond over delicious meals and learn new recipes together. Plus, you'll be able to create lasting memories while honing your culinary skills in a fun and interactive environment.

This cooking session is all about having fun with your kids in the kitchen, while learning the basics of cooking. Throughout the session, we will focus on mastering the techniques and flavours that are essential to cooking simple yet delicious dishes that kids will love.

Kids will be introduced to a wide range of dishes that are easy to make and perfect for beginner cooks, and by the end of the session, both you and your child will have a deep understanding of the different types of dishes, the ingredients used, and the techniques involved in making them.

What You Will Learn

Session 1 (Saturday)

21st September 2024 - (10am-3pm)

  • Mini Burger (Beef/Chicken)
    Small, bite-sized versions of traditional burgers that are perfect for parties or events. They can be made with either beef or chicken patties, offering a variety of options for guests to enjoy.
  • Sourdough Pizza
    A unique twist on traditional pizza, using sourdough bread as the crust instead of traditional dough. The tangy flavour of the sourdough adds an extra dimension to the pizza that sets it apart from other varieties.
  • Cupcake Decoration
    Enjoy creatively decorating cupcakes with frosting, sprinkles, edible flowers, or other toppings to make them visually appealing and delicious. This allows for personalisation and customisation to match any theme or occasion.

Chef Kent embarked on his culinary experience through his working adventure in top-notch hotels. This exposure has ignited his passion for the culinary arts and laid the foundation for a remarkable career. He has shared his knowledge and expertise by teaching at renowned culinary schools for almost 9 years.
