What You Will Learn

Session 1 (Saturday)

7th Dec 2024 - (10pm-3pm)

  • Focaccia Bread With Pesto Sauce: A rustic Italian bread, typically topped with a vibrant and flavourful pesto sauce made from fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. It offers a harmonious blend of savoury and herbal notes, with a slightly crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior.
  • Lasagna: A classic Italian pasta dish consisting of layers of wide flat noodles, rich tomato sauce, creamy béchamel sauce, seasoned ground meat (often beef or sausage), and a generous amount of melted cheese, typically mozzarella and Parmesan. It's a hearty and comforting meal, beloved for its comforting flavuors and satisfying textures.
  • Vanilla Chiffon Trifle: A delightful dessert featuring layers of light and airy vanilla chiffon cake, vanilla custard or pudding, and whipped cream, often garnished with fresh berries or fruit. It's a decadent yet delicate treat, perfect for indulging in during special occasions or gatherings.

Session 2 (Sunday)

8th Dec 2024 - (10am-3pm)

  • Shepherd's Pie: A traditional British dish featuring a hearty base of seasoned ground meat (often lamb or beef) cooked with onions, carrots, and peas, topped with a layer of creamy mashed potatoes,
  • Roasted Stuffed Chicken with Roast Potato, Assorted Vegetables, Pan Sauce and Cranberry Sauce: A festive main course consisting of succulent roast chicken stuffed with flavourful fillings such as herbs, breadcrumbs, or a savoury stuffing mix. It's accompanied by crisp and golden roast potatoes, a medley of seasonal vegetables, and rich pan sauce for added flavour.
  • Shepherd's Pie: A quintessential comfort food, Shepherd's Pie is a hearty dish that originated in the United Kingdom. It typically consists of a base layer of flavourful minced meat, traditionally lamb (hence the name), cooked with onions, carrots, and peas in a savory gravy or sauce.
