Research Methodology is a core course in legal studies that equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to undertake systematic legal and socio-legal research. The programme covers the complete research process, including research design, ethics, legal research methods, sampling, data collection, data analysis, interpretation, and report writing. Participants will develop the competencies required to produce high quality research proposals and academic research.

Holding qualifications in Pharmacy, Law, Human Resource Management, and Business Administration, he combines multidisciplinary expertise with extensive industry knowledge. He has served as a pharmacist, senior corporate leader, academic lecturer, research supervisor, and examiner for postgraduate programmes. His areas of specialization include Employment and Labour Law, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Management, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence. A certified HRD Corp trainer and HR consultant, he has delivered training programmes for leading public and private sector organisations.
