This practical two-day, hands-on programme shows professionals and business leaders how to work smarter with Claude – using Chat and Cowork to analyse documents, conduct research, create reports and automate multi-step workplace tasks, and Claude Code to build business tools, dashboards and simple applications with AI assistance. Participants will leave with a working AI workflow and a practical 90-day plan to put it into action. No programming experience required.
