About the Trainer
Adjunct Professor, Advocate & Solicitor and corporate governance specialist with more than 30 years of combined academic and industry experience. He has held senior legal leadership positions with multinational organisations and teaches Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Boardroom Dynamics and related subjects. His doctoral research focuses on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
