About the Trainer
Adjunct Professor, Advocate & Solicitor and corporate governance specialist with more than 30 years of combined academic and industry experience. He has held senior legal leadership positions with multinational organisations and teaches Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Boardroom Dynamics, M&A Law and Cross-Border Contract Negotiation. His doctoral research focuses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and organisational accountability.
