About the Trainer
PMP®, SMC™ is a highly experienced project management and technology leader with over 30 years of experience across multinational corporations. He has held senior leadership positions including CIO, COO, CTO, Program Director, and Head of Technology, specialising in digital transformation, portfolio management, and strategic execution. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Scrum Master Certified (SMC™), PMI Authorised PMP Instructor, PMI Authorised CAPM Instructor, and HRDCorp Accredited Trainer. Ganesan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, USA. Throughout his career, he has worked with organisations such as Digi Telecommunications, DHL IT Services Asia Pacific, Hewlett-Packard, Tech Mahindra, POS Malaysia, and PM-Partners Singapore. As a trainer and advisor, he focuses on practical, hands-on learning through interactive sessions, case studies, and real-world applications. He has conducted various programmes including PMP Exam Preparation, Agile Scrum, Project Management Fundamentals, CAPM Preparation, Strategic Execution, and AI Skills training.
