WHAT IS THIS COURSE ABOUT

Black and white photography is a captivating form of visual expression that focuses on the interplay of light and shadow, shapes, textures, and tonal contrasts without the distraction of color. The absence of colour encourages viewers to engage more deeply with the composition, emphasising the importance of form and composition. The monochromatic palette allows photographers to explore the subtle nuances of light and shadow, creating images that are often characterised by a strong sense of drama and simplicity.
