Sen Ze
About the Trainer
Sen Ze started his legal career more than 30 years ago. He progressed rapidly in his firm, earning more than 30% increment in his salary every year. He was offered a profit-sharing arrangement in only his third year. As you may have guessed, he would eventually be made a partner in his firm.
Sen Ze is also the author of The Intelligent Lawyer book, a foundational text for lawyers to earn more without putting in more hours. He has spent years designing systems that help professionals grow with clarity and leverage.
His work focuses on helping lawyers earn more, progress faster, and build stable careers or practices without relying on longer hours or burnout.
