Course Overview
In today’s competitive business environment, contracts form the backbone of every commercial relationship. Yet, drafting and negotiating them effectively requires more than just legal knowledge – they demands clarity, precision, and an understanding of business objectives.
This intensive two-day practical course equips participants with the essential tools to draft, analyse, and negotiate contracts with greater confidence. Through a blend of theory, interactive role-play exercises, and hands-on drafting sessions, participants will gain both the technical and strategic skills needed to handle contracts.
Designed for professionals who work with contracts — whether in legal, procurement, project management, or operational roles – this course bridges the gap between legal principles and real-world day-to day business practice. Participants will learn to structure clear, enforceable clauses, and communicate contractual intent in effective business language.
