  • Module 3 – Structured Outputs at Scale
    Creating table-like structured outputs for cross-channel use
    Lab 3: Generate a content/spec table and repurpose into 3-channel variants (email, post, slide)
  • Module 4 – Intake → Process → Output (No/Low-Code)
    Concepts of AI-driven forms, SOP prompts, and routing instructions
    Lab 4: Create an intake form, SOP, and output template for a recurring workflow
  • Module 5 – Quality & Risk (Beginner-Safe Governance)
    Understanding sensitive data handling, hallucination prevention, and content attribution
    Lab 5: Draft “red-flag” prompts and a 10-point QA checklist for organizational AI use
  • Module 6 – Launch & Adoption
    Developing AI champions, feedback loops, and success metrics
    Lab 6: Build a 30-day enablement plan (micro-lessons, office hours, checkpoints)

About the Trainer
